ExpressCache software is not installed on ThinkPad and ThinkPad Edge systems with mSATA SSD device. Once returned heard nothing for 3-4 weeks and eventually just asked for a refund. Laptop was DoA (wifi chip not working), got stuffed around for months to even get a return label. The warranty claim process was absolute BS. Use to love Lenovo but gotta neg due to bad experience with them now sadly.
